Which countries do you export to?
We export to the USA, EU, UK, Middle East and North Africa. All shipments come with full CE, ISO 9001 and fire-rating documentation. We also provide DDP/DAP Incoterms pricing for container orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 50 units for standard models. Custom sizes or finishes require a minimum of 100 units. Volume discounts apply from 200 units. Mixed-model orders (e.g. Laminox + Elitpan) count toward a single MOQ.
What is the lead time for production?
Standard models: 15–25 business days after order confirmation. Custom sizes or finishes: 25–35 business days. Express production may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Do you provide installation services?
Installation is available across Turkey. For export orders, we provide technical installation manuals and can arrange on-site technical support for large-scale projects.
What warranty do you offer?
All door models carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering material defects, surface degradation and colour fading. The warranty applies to products used under normal operating conditions.
Can you produce custom sizes?
Yes. Maximum width 120 cm, maximum height 250 cm. Custom production requires a minimum of 100 units and takes 25–35 business days. Glazing apertures and electronic lock preparation can also be specified.
